I cannot log in	I have logged in and get no error message, but I still get the message "Not logged in".	A cookie is created at your computer when you log in. If permission is blocked, you will not be able to log in. This can happen even if you don´t consciously have chosen that. To check whether the permit is in order: Google Chrome ver 14.xx Click the icon of a wrench, and select "Options". Select "Advanced". Under point "Privacy": click the button "Content settings". Under point "Cookies": check that the option "Allow local data to the computer (recommended)" is selected. Close the page, close tab "Options - Advanced". Internet Explorer ver 9.xx Select "Tools" and then "Internet Options". Click on "Privacy" and select the button "Areas". You will now see a list of domains that are allowed or blocked.. If "kobletil.net" is in the list and is marked "Always block", this can be removed if you click the domain name and then press the button "Remove". Click the button "OK", and "OK" again in the next window. Mozilla Firefox ver 3.6.xx Select "Tools" and "Page Information". Click "Permission" and check that "Set cookies" is marked with "Permit". Close tab. Opera ver 11.5xx Select "Tools" - "Settings". Click the tab "Advanced" and chose "Cookies" from the list. Check that "Accept Cookies" is marked, and click "OK". Safari ver 5.1.xx Click the icon of gears (Show a many...) and chose "Options". Chose "Privacy" and check that "Block cookies" are NOT marked with "Always". Close the tab.
Cannot hear music	When I am at the page with songs and click speaker icon, I don´t hear any music.	Some browsers need extra drivers to play music. Try to download and install an audio driver for your browser - ex from iTunes
I can´t see videos	When I´m on the page with video clips, they will not be displayed properly.	Flash The main page first chose Flash-view. In Internet Explorer 9 there have been some problems if you use Win7 and 64-bit version. Select WMV-visning. WMV If you try to see the video clips as wmv-files, some browsers need their own drivers. Follow the given instructions to download necessary driver, or change to Flash-view.
Screen width shows incorrect	I changed screen solution manually, but get the message that I still use the same screen solution as earlier. ( px).	Screen solution is automatical read by Javascript, whick is standard for all browsers. However, if you change the solution manually by CTRL plus + or -, it is so far only Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox that can detect it. Browsers like Chrome, Opera and Safari just give you your maximum screen with. If you changed the setting manually, you may find that pictures and text does not fit the screen width. Just change the settings back to normal.
